Beef cattle

The Beef Cattle subcommittee is responsible for coordinating and arranging the beef cattle displays and competitions that take place at the show each year.

Prime beef cattle are stock that are said to be well finished enough to be ready for slaughter, i.e. stock that have adequate fat cover and general body shape and composition.

NOTE: There will be no Stanthorpe Show Cattle sale at the 2026 Stanthorpe Show.
