Check off the following to ensure everything is covered:

  2. I've listed details of in kind contributions (if applicable).

  3. I've completed the details of the authorising person. 

  4. I've nominated two persons to receive complimentary memberhips (where relevant).

  5. I've indicated my preference for sponsorship allocation. 

  6. I've included a high resolution copy of my current business logo.

Terms and conditions

CASH SPONSORSHIP

Sponsors will be invoiced by our bookkeeper for the cash amount of sponsorship. 

 

IN KIND SPONSORSHIP

Sponsors will receive a receipt from our bookkeeper for any in kind contributions (vouchers, prizes, trophies, goods).

CONFIRMATION

Sponsorship must be confirmed by 1 December for inclusion in advertising. 

 

ACCEPTANCE

The Society reserves the right to accept or reject sponsorship at its absolute discretion. .

 

SIGNAGE

Signage displayed at the event venue is at the discretion of the sponsor and the committee accepts no liability for any loss or damage.
