Camping for 2026 Apple and Grape event

Camping will open up at the showgrounds for the 2026 Apple and Grape event in November 2025.

Below you will find all the details you need to secure your camping booking at Stanthorpe Showgrounds.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

FEES

Camping fees are:

unpowered site - $30.00/site/night for two people
powered site - $35.00/site/night for two people and one lead

Extras;

Extra people - $10.00/person/night
Extra power - $5.00/lead

NOTE: As at 1 Jan 2026 only UNPOWERED sites are available.

BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

ARRIVAL

Upon your arrival at Stanthorpe Showgrounds follow these instructions:

Enter via Gate 1 on High St.
Once through the gate, take the extreme right hand road and drive past the the caretaker's cottage to the exhibition centre awning. Our event marshals will give you directions to your spot.

Please do not pick a spot without checking in at the office first. Some areas are in an exclusion zone and some spots are already allocated. You do not want to be in the situation where you have to move after you have set up.

WE WILL ASK YOU TO MOVE IF YOU ARE IN THE WRONG SPOT.
